Twilight Part 1

This is part 1 of 2 of my experience of the twilight series:

It was a year ago and my friend was visiting from college and we were hanging out talking about something random when she told me about this book series called twilight. Now at the time I had never heard of this book before so naturally I was interested in what it was about, the second she said the word vampire....well let's just say I wasn't exactly excited to pick it up and read it. But since I admired her fierce persistence that I wouldn't regret reading the story of Edward and Bella, I finally relented and started Twilight.

Well I had successfully put off reading it for about a month and the day after I saw michael buble in concert (he is soo dreamy!) I decided to finally pick up the book and read it. And by the end of the day I was ready to pick up the next book in the series.

I remember after work, rushing to books a million and looking for the next book, the only problem was I forgot which book was second, it turns out they only had eclipse so I had to drive another 20 minutes to Barnes and Noble to buy both New Moon and Eclipse for a total of $42.

So all of my spring break consisted of me turning into a hermit crab in my room reading these books as if it were the bible. I Instantly became addicted to this series and would be counting down the days with every other fan until Breaking Dawn was released and the movie would open in theaters.

First Blog Ever!!!

Since this is my first blog ever I'm gonna start out with 25 little facts about me:

1.) I am left handed
2.) I love all things disney and I think of walt disney as one of my heroes.
3.) I play the guitar (right handed I might add)
4.) I fell out of a moving car when I was 9
5.) My favorite thing to do is watch movies all day...yeah i'm a movie junkie.
6.) I have a huge fear of snakes, spiders and sharks.
7.)I am ambidextrous.
8.)I have 2 nieces and 2 nephews with age ranges from 9 months to 8 years.
9.)I am not capable to cry in movies no matter how sad they might be with only a few exceptions (p.s. i love you, a league of their own)
10.)I met James Marsters who play spike in buffy the vampire slayer
11.)Considering how clumsy I am I have actually only broken my left arm once when I was in the 2nd grade.
12.)I've been white water rafting twice and would love to go skydiving.
13.)I don't like basketball but I do love hockey, football and baseball.
14.)I have a best friend that I have known literally my entire life.
15.)I love to travel and would love to visit: California, New York, Hawaii, England, Italy, Australia, France, Switzerland.
16.)I love to put chips in my sandwiches.
17.)I love to listen to music while I read.
18.) I am mostly Irish and Portuguese but I am also 1/8 Cherokee Indian.
19.) I am addicted to yankee candles
20.) The office has to be one of my favorite t.v. shows (besides grey's anatomy of course)
21.) my favorite food is pizza.
22.) I plan on going to Las Vegas for my 21st birthday this summer.
23.) I am in love with a fictional character: of course Edward Cullen!! <3
24.) I joined the adult choir in church when I was 12 up until I graduated high school.
25.) religion is a big part of my life and without God, I don't know where I would be.
